An operational workshop for artists, songwriters, and producers who want to understand which aspects of their project are working, what is slowing down their growth, and where it is best to invest time and budget. Before the meeting, we listen to the submitted material so the session can focus on real problems and concrete decisions.

What is included

• preliminary analysis of up to 3 tracks or demos;
• review of biography, image, positioning, and main channels when provided;
• one-on-one video conference up to 60 minutes;
• evaluation of artistic identity, repertoire, interpretation, writing, and production;
• discussion on target audience, goals, releases, and investment priorities;
• indicazioni operative ordinate per urgenza e impatto;
• email riepilogativa con azioni consigliate e reference.

Dopo l’acquisto invieremo una checklist. L’incontro viene normalmente fissato entro 5 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione dei materiali completi. È incluso un solo appuntamento; attività esecutive, nuove analisi o consulenze successive vengono quotate separatamente.
